COVID-19 Clinic Updates

Update: From Monday May 25 2020, a further 15 clinics will be opening for face-to-face and emergency appointments. This means we now have 74 locations open nationwide. Current health and safety procedures remain in place in all clinics to protect our clients and staff.

All other clinics remain temporarily closed.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide regular updates regarding clinic opening hours and procedure changes. If you had an appointment booked in a clinic that is now temporarily closed one of our team will be in touch to provide a personalised solution for you.

If you are visiting one of our clinics we ask that you please follow the below health and safety procedures. 

New health and safety procedures include:

  • Only one customer is allowed in the clinic room at a time
  • Only one customer is allowed in the waiting room at any one time
  • If you are accompanying someone to an appointment we ask that you please wait outside the clinic
  • If you do not have an appointment please call your clinic ahead of time so that our team can advise you of an available visiting time

 

Battery Mailing Service 

If you require new batteries for your hearing aids and you are a current Connect Hearing client please complete this form and a member of our team will send you new batteries as soon as possible.
