Pay As You Hear Program

The available interest free period varies based upon the value of the hearing aid you choose.

*Available to approved applicants only. The available interest free period varies based upon the value of the hearing aid you choose. Minimum monthly repayments are required. Paying only the minimum monthly repayment amount will not pay out the purchase within the interest free period. Any balance outstanding at the expiry of the interest free period will be charged interest at the contractual rate, currently 19.9% p.a. for new approved applicants. A one off establishment fee applies for new approved applicants. A monthly account service fee of $6 (when balance owing) will apply. See your contract for details. 10-day Free Trial Offer

  • Offer available to people over 18 years of age.
  • ​Trail period is for a maximum of 10 days from date of fitting.
  • Credit card details must be supplied before trial period begins. However, no money will be taken from your credit card during the 10 day trial period.
  • Debit cards not accepted
  • Ownership and title of the Hearing Aid/s remains with Connect Hearing during the trial period and until such time as payment of the Full Retail Value of the Hearing Aid/s is successfully processed
  • The Hearing Aid/s must be returned to the Return Location undamaged and in good working order on or before the Return Date and Time specified
  • If the hearing aid/s are not returned to the Return Location by the Return Date and Time specified, or are damaged (to be determined at the discretion of Connect Hearing), I agree to Connect Hearing charging my credit card with the Total Retail Value of the Hearing Aid/s.
  • Offer cannot be exchanged for cash
  • For government funding HSP eligibility criteria & fitting guidelines apply.

Lyric 30-day Free Trial Offer

  • Offer available to people over 18 years of age.
  • ​Trail period is for a maximum of 30 days from date of fitting.
  • Credit card details must be supplied before trial period begins. However, no money will be taken from your credit card during the 30 day trial period.
  • Debit cards not accepted
  • The Hearing Device must be returned to a Lyric certified Clinician at Connect Hearing undamaged before the Return Date and Time specified
  • If the hearing Device is not returned to the Return Location by the Return Date and Time specified, I agree to Connect Hearing charging my credit card with the Total Retail Value of the Lyric Subscription (12 months). 
  • Offer cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Not available under government funding HSP
  • If during the trial period you experience any discomfort or pain or discharge from your ear please contact a Lyric certified Clinician immediately.
Lyric devices require ongoing replacement and an appointment will be required every 8-12 weeks so that replacement device/s can be fitted. 

30-Day Money Back - Return Policy

  • All hearing aids and other related products and accessories are fully refundable if they are returned to Connect Hearing in good condition within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • ​The safe custody and care of the aids/devices issued to you are your sole responsibility. It is up to you to contact your insurance company to ensure the aids/devices are covered by them should anything happen.
  • Our Hearing Care Professional will need to meet with you to confirm the aid/devices are in good condition and that everything quoted has been returned to Connect Hearing. If this is the case, a full refund will be given.
  • Connect Hearing will ensure all returns and refunds are processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Connect Advantage Program

  • Connect Hearing offers services to individuals and their immediate family (“Recipient”) who are associated with organisations that register for the Connect Advantage program (“Connect Advantage Offer”). With the Connect Advantage Offer, a recipient can enjoy:
  • One free comprehensive clinical hearing assessment (with a maximum duration of 1 hour)
  • 10% discount on full price products in the complete range of daily wear Hearing Aids that are available at any Connect Hearing clinic. The discount is not applicable for Lyric subscriptions
  • 10% discount on full price products featured in our ‘Accessories’ range including TV Connectors, Phonak Roger and charging cases, that are available at any Connect Hearing clinic. 
  • 20% discount on full price Assistive Listening Devices that are available at any Connect Hearing clinic. 
For the purpose of this section: 
  • Hearing Aids mean products for purposes in connection with hearing rehabilitation, including receiver-in-canal devices, behind-the-ear devices and in-the-ear devices as categorised by Connect Hearing from time to time
  • Assistive Listening Devices mean devices, with the exception of hearing aids, which assist a person with a hearing loss to hear and understand what is being said more clearly, as categorised by Connect Hearing from time to time. 
Conditions for redeeming the Connect Advantage Offer:
  • The Connect Advantage Offer can be redeemed by a Recipient by visiting a Connect Hearing clinic in Australia.  
  • The Connect Advantage Offer is subject to the availability of Hearing Aids, Assistive Listening Devices, Hearing Aid Accessories and hearing assessment bookings at the clinic you visit.
  • Unless otherwise provided, the Connect Advantage Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, discounts or promotions provided or advertised by Connect Hearing or its affiliates from time to time.
  • The Connect Advantage Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The Connect Advantage offer cannot be used for pre-employment assessments or industrial audiometry testing.
  • You must not distribute, circulate or publish the Connect Advantage Offer without our written approval, for example on an Internet message board or on a "bargains" website. Connect Hearing reserves the right to refuse the redemption of such offers. 
  • Connect Hearing expressly reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Connect Advantage Offer. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Connect Hearing shall not be liable to you for any loss or claim arising out of the refusal, rejection, cancellation or withdrawal of any Connect Advantage Offer or any failure or inability of a Recipient to redeem a Connect Advantage Offer.
  • Connect Hearing expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and Connect Hearing's decision will be final and binding.
  • Use of the website www.connecthearing.com.au/connect-advantage/ and the Connect Advantage Offer is subject to Connect Hearing’s Privacy Policy. With the aim of providing further assistance towards better hearing, Connect Hearing may use information provided by the recipient for the purpose of contacting the recipient to arrange an appointment in one of our hearing centres as well as sending relevant company or product information material to the recipient.

Online Chat Terms and Conditions of Use

1. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to your use of Connect Hearing’s Online Chat service (Online Chat). If you are under 18 years of age, you should obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian prior to using Online Chat. Your use of Online Chat constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Connect Hearing will retain written records of Online Chat sessions.

3. Connect Hearing does not agree to you keeping or disclosing a written record of the Online Chat session without Connect Hearing’s prior written consent.

4.Online Chat is available from 9AM-5PM Mon-Fri AEST with such hours subject to change at  Connect Hearing’s discretion.

5. Connect Hearing’s Online Chat team members use reasonable care and skill to deliver complete, accurate and current information. If the team member  cannot answer your question, the team member will use best endeavours to refer you to another Connect Hearing contact or request your contact details so another Connect Hearing team member can contact you directly.

6. Prices, rates and product specifications disclosed by team members during a chat session may vary from time to time.

7. You agree that you will not:       
  • Send Online Chat messages that are abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate or which contain a virus, Trojan horse, worm or other harmful or disruptive component designed to interrupt, limit or disrupt the functionality of other computer software or hardware;
  • Use Online Chat to publish, distribute, email, transmit or disseminate messages that are abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate;
  • Engage in any commercial activity including marketing, advertising or commercial promotion of goods or services, data mine or use robots or other data collection methods; or
  • Breach any laws or regulations which are applicable to your use of the Online Chat in your jurisdiction.
8. Connect Hearing may at any time discontinue an Online Chat session if you breach these Terms or if you misuse the service in any way.

9. Connect Hearing reserves the right to, for any reason or no reason (including if Connect Hearing suspects that the Online Chat is being used in the manner set out in clause 7 or otherwise in violation of breach the Connect Hearing Online Chat Terms and Conditions of Use) to read, delete or edit such messages (without providing notice or any reason) and/or to remove you from and prevent your further use of the Online Chat service. Connect Hearing also reserves the right to take any further action it deems necessary or appropriate.

10. Subject to the consumer guarantees provided for in consumer protection legislation (including Australian Consumer Law), Connect Hearing excludes all liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost or expense whatsoever arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Online Chat service.

11. These Terms represent the complete agreement concerning the Online Chat and Connect Hearing may amend or update these Terms from time to time without notice to you.

12. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and those courts competent to hear appeals from these courts.

13. If any of the provisions of these Terms are deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
