Am I Eligible?
You may be eligible for the Hearing Services Program if you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident aged 21 or older and hold one of the following:
- Pensioner Concession Card
- DVA Gold & White Card (for hearing loss)
- A current member of the Australian Defence Force
- NDIS participant (referred by your planner)
- Referred by an Inclusive Employment Australia provider
