Am I eligible?

To be considered for the program, you need to be:

An Australian citizen or permanent resident who is 26 years or older and are one of the following:
  1. Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card
  2. Centrelink Sickness Allowance
  3. DVA White Card with hearing loss specified
  4. DVA Gold Card
  5. A member of the Australian Defence Force
  6. NDIS participant, referred by an NDIA planner
