After graduating from the University of Queensland in 2009, Sam began a career in audiology that has spanned more than 15 years, including six years with Connect Hearing. With qualifications including a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and a Master of Audiology Studies from UQ, as well as a Certificate of Clinical Practice through Audiology Australia, Sam brings extensive clinical and leadership experience to his role.
Sam built his early career experience within a large hearing healthcare network, progressing through a range of positions including Clinical Audiologist, Queensland Clinical Coach, Cluster Manager and Retail Training Manager.

In 2020, Sam joined Connect Hearing and in his current role as Clinical Excellence Manager, oversees all clinical aspects of the business, including clinical policies and processes, training, compliance and clinical equipment. He is particularly passionate about ensuring clinical teams have access to the training, support and resources needed to deliver the highest standard of care to clients.
