The guys at connect hearing were really lovely to deal with, I had no hearing in one ear, and they managed to fit me in with just an hours notice. The audiologist cleaned out my ears quickly and with virtually no pain, and I had hearing again! Highly recommend.

Gayle was warm and inviting, giving clear instructions on where to park and enter the centre. When I received my hearing test everything was clearly explained and the Dr was knowledgeable and allowed plenty of time to run through all the tests. I highly recommend having a hearing test here - very thorough, easy and accessible.

Had the hearing test done, and a good look inside the ears and was given a detailed explanation of possible causes of hearing loss. Very Professional and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone thinking of getting their hearing tested.

Went in for a test and assessment/options/price. The gentleman was very good. 3 months later I called to reconnect & maybe move forward with the product. The woman on the phone was very rude! She said we haven't got you on the system & we don't provide quotes.. I asked why & she exclaimed, DON"T INTERUPT I WAS TALKING! Well lady, you have just lost a potential customer & approx $5k!!!

Like someone else said on here, If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! (a thousand more!!!) After recently relocating to Australia from New Zealand, my hearing aid—one I had relied on for almost eight years—started randomly cutting in and out. For someone who depends on their hearing aid 100% for daily life and work, this was incredibly stressful. On top of that, I’m a FIFO worker on a two-weeks-on, six-days-off schedule, so I don’t have much time to spare. After what felt like forever trying to find a clinic that deals with Starkey hearing aids, I was finally pointed in the right direction and went to Connect Hearing, where I met Alex. Unfortunately, because my hearing aid was so old, it couldn’t be repaired. I was devastated, knowing I wouldn’t be able to afford new ones until 2025 But Alex went above and beyond. He completely understood my situation and offered to loan me a hearing aid to get me through the next few months. It was hard holding back tears at his kindness—he lifted such a massive weight off my shoulders. From start to finish, Alex was incredible to deal with. He explained my hearing loss in detail, walked me through different hearing aid brands, and helped me understand my options without any pressure. He was extremely professional while making me feel completely supported the whole time. I walked into that office feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and helpless. I walked out holding back tears of happiness and hope. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without Alex’s help, and I cannot thank him enough. This is the only place I’ll be going from now on and the only place I’d recommend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Alex!

More than 5 stars! I accompanied my wife for hearing test and couldn't be happier with the service. Everyone was nice and kind, and professional. They explained to us everything we needed to know and assisted us all the way through. When the results came back and it turned out they couldn't provide any help to my wife, the audiologist went above a beyond to find a suitable service to help us further and communicated to the provider on our behalf. This is one of the best engagements we've had!

Hi I went to the Tuart Hill branch of Connect Hearing and was seen to by Alex. I am forever grateful to Alex as even though I am 60 years old he told me to see a specialist as my decreased hearing only on one side must have been caused by an event of some sort and is rare. Sure enough 5 months later and after an MRI confirmed a brain tumor was discovered. It is right on the end of the ear canal at the auditory nerve. It is called a Vestibular Schwannoma . It has bizarrely just grown in size in the last 3 to 4 months and causing issues with tingling lips and tingling tongue with a sour taste and loss of facial feeling. If there were more stars to give, I would definitely give more. I had an impressive and amazing experience with my hearing test yesterday. The hearing test was easy to book and free. Gayle (the receptionist) was warm and friendly. My hearing test was done by Alex. Alex did my hearing test and explained in details why I lost part of my hearing. One can see that Alex has a lot of knowledge. He went above and beyond his job and prepared me a report that will help me to seek for medication attention. To make the experience even better, I had a lovely chat with Alex and Gayle about their heritage. I found out that Alex speaks Spanish and a bit of Portuguese. I have done other hearing tests, but this one was far better. Alex and Gayle provided not only a professional service, but also a warm and cozy atmosphere. This made me feel supported, welcomed and "part of the family". I find it rare to find this type of business nowadays. It is a little bit like the old style family business, when you want to always come back to the same business. Alex and Gayle do not know, but yesterday I was not feeling my best. I was questioning life and the lack of kindness around. After the appointment, I left thinking "yes, there are lovely and kind people in the world, you just have to find them". I definitely come back and definitely recommend Connect Hearing Tuart Hill. Thank you Alex and Gayle for providing a professional, friendly and caring service. It was a great pleasure meeting you.

I knew I wanted to write this review within about the first 10 minutes of my appointment with Alex, and it only got better. Geraldine, the Patient Care Coordinator was very helpful even prior to meeting, assisting me get an appointment to see Alex, the audiologist, within a short timeframe. Geraldine is very friendly and is the perfect smiling face to be greeted by. Alex is very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. I have been to a few audiologists before, but Alex is head and shoulders above the rest. He was very reassuring and caring, didn't feel pushy, and I feel like there may be a solution to help me manage my hearing loss. I am only disappointed that I wasn't lucky enough to experience the care of Geraldine and Alex sooner. I have already passed on the details of this clinic to other loved ones and I am excited for them to see what patient care in audiology truly looks like. Thank you!

The service I received was great

I was disappointed as I was expecting a better price for new aides as I have been with ihear for 22 years The price for aids per pair was from $3000 to told they would cost $4000 so I am now very upset as I get no subsidy or pension now that I am retired.

My 97 year old mother had her yearly hearing aid check up. Irena was very friendly and professional.

Ihear Tuart Hill are very helpful. I am a visitor ro Perth and the tube on my hearing aid broke. They replaced it for me immediately. Jess was lovely and helpful. Have taken their card to refer to if i ever need any help with my hearing aids while I am on holiday here from New Zealand.
