The team demonstrated exceptional patience and understanding, particularly given my tardiness due to a parking miscalculation (I parked on the opposite side) and getting lost within the mall. I was very impressed with Ingrid, the audiologist. She maintained a calm demeanor and took great care to elucidate the process step by step, providing thorough details. I am grateful that she took the time to listen to me. I also appreciated the team for their promptness in sharing the results with the relevant individuals, including myself, whenever I requested.
