By bringing Blamey Saunders hears into the Connect Hearing fold we will only strengthen our offering. Their pioneering spirit and innovation have been at the forefront of developing new technology, like telehealth, which will allow us to offer clients even greater levels of convenience and flexibility.
 
Michelle Lawson our CEO, will help forge this new joint direction. Combined with our reputation for outstanding service, technological excellence development and national reach we will ensure we can be where our customers want us to be.

This new partnership will be spearheaded in our new Melbourne Omnichannel Centre at 145-147 Bouverie St, Carlton. This clinic will be a centre for audiology excellence, with state of the art technology, housing our clinicians, telehealth and e-commerce teams from both Connect Hearing and Blamey Saunders, allowing us to offer clients even greater levels of convenience and flexibility.

• Face to face – Our friendly clinicians are here to help - any suggestion of concern or risk associated with your hearing loss should be assessed by our experts, using our state of the art testing equipment and video otoscopy. Some Government funded appointments provided through the Hearing Services Program require face to face consultation…and some people just prefer it.
   
• Telehealth – Our tele-audiology team is made up of doctors, audiometrists and hearing care professionals. They test hearing, fit and customise hearing aids from the comfort of your home or office environment and support clients from all over Australia because everyone is busy and  life doesn’t happen in a soundproof booth.
   
• On-line – Take control of your hearing journey, our experts are only an email or chat away and the e-shop team ensure your pre-programmed hearing aids as well as all the batteries, cleaning and maintenance accessories you need are delivered direct to your door, at the click of a button.
