Customer Service Role

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our customers experience for optimal outcomes.
  • Efficient operation of the Hearing Clinic.
  • Learning and efficiently using a range of software and applications.
  • Performing general administration duties.

About you

  • Customer centric and genuinely wanting to make a positive difference to our Client's lives
  • Mature approach/Self-motivated and able to work alone/unsupervised.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
  • Ability to be flexible within the workplace and work effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn basic repair and maintenance of hearing aids.
