Connect Hearing is a national network of hearing healthcare centres. We are dedicated to helping people manage hearing impairment through hearing assessments, innovative digital hearing instruments and other helpful listening devices.

Diagnostic Testing

Our qualified and experienced hearing professionals involve clients throughout the consultation process and take time to explain testing and outcomes. We listen hard to understand the situations you find it difficult to hear in or where you're exposed to noise and wish to protect your hearing and then identify and recommend a solution to complement your lifestyle and budget.

Workplace Hearing Assessment

For businesses where an employee’s hearing may be a concern such as call centres, construction and mining we are able to provide employers with a hearing assessment solution for employees either onsite or at our clinic locations. Connect Hearing works with employers to tailor an assessment program suitable for their workplace and their employees’ needs. We can also advise on workplace hearing protection and provide rehabilitation programs. Children’s Testing

Most locations offer diagnostic testing for children aged four years and over. Call us on 1300 656 858 to enquire about a children’s centre near you. Some locations offer hearing tests for children as young as six months, including: Rockhampton and Gladstone in QLD.

Hearing Aid Fittings and Repairs

Our qualified hearing professionals will expertly assess your hearing and fit hearing aids to suit loss and budget. We can organise repair services for all brands of hearing aids and in some cases may be able to attend to minor repairs onsite. Our client service team is fully trained in basic repairs and maintenance of hearing devices and can advise clients on care of hearing instruments.

Specialist Referral

Community Promotions

Here at Connect Hearing we are not only committed to helping the world hear better, but we are also committed to educating the community about safe hearing practices as well as hearing help available.

We are able to offer:
